How information connects
Each workspace presents a different decision point using the same synthetic records. The flow below explains why the views connect and what changes when an action is recorded.
1. Participant
A synthetic person is enrolled in a program and cohort with a status, milestones, and activity history.
2. Program context
Organization-approved program configuration records define the cohort, schedule, administrative milestones, required assessments, and readiness checks represented in Traceable Ops. The underlying curriculum and instructional materials remain in the Organization’s approved external systems.
3. Assessment evidence
Facilitator observations and completion records add evidence, review status, and follow-up context.
4. Development and reporting
Evidence informs a development action, then appears in progress, quality, insight, and report views.

Capabilities scope boundary
Traceable Ops manages program structure, participant records, cohorts, milestones, assessments, performance evidence, development actions, progression, completion, and reporting. It does not author, host, or deliver instructional curriculum or course materials. Approved external learning systems and content repositories remain authoritative for lessons, videos, readings, presentations, and other instructional resources.
Illustrative production reference architecture
Illustrative production components may be deployed within an Organization-approved hosting and security boundary. Final implementation depends on the selected topology, controls, integrations, and authorization activities.
Identity and access
Organization-approved enterprise identity and multifactor authentication, role enforcement, session control, and sensitive-data permissions.
Operational data layer
Transactional records, encrypted operational evidence records, reference data, audit history, and analytics-ready reporting views. Instructional course materials remain outside Traceable Ops.
API and integration services
API gateway, data mapping, import/export, interface health, reconciliation, and partner-system connectivity.
Workflow and operations
