Capability Scope and System Boundaries
Traceable Ops is a customer-neutral synthetic capability walkthrough illustrating a proposed operating model. It does not represent an existing customer implementation, production deployment, completed integration, or security-authorized system.
In scope
Participant and student records; programs, cohorts, schedules, milestones, readiness, assessments, evidence, development actions, progression, completion, quality resolution, audit history, governed reporting, reference data, workflow configuration, interfaces, service operations, and transition artifacts.
External or authoritative systems
The Organization may retain approved learning, personnel, identity, assessment, device, laboratory, operational, analytics, reporting, and other systems of record. Traceable Ops does not require every existing system to be replaced.
Out of scope unless expressly added
Curriculum authoring, course-content hosting or streaming, external learning-system replacement, storage of courseware or instructional media, automatic retirement of source systems, clinical diagnosis, autonomous personnel decisions, or any preexisting production authorization or completed integration.
